MCAD - Microsoft Certified Application Developer

Good news! As of October 23, 2007 I am now a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. I took and passed the 70-320 exam through Prometric at a New Horizons testing center.

Woo Hoo! I passed my 70-315 exam

Today I passed my 70-315 exam: Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.

2/3 of the way to my MCAD.

(the Woo Hoo reference pertains to the song Woo Hoo from the 5.6.7.8's. It is the song used in the Vonage commercials.)

Passed 70-316

Today I passed my 70-316 exam: Developing and Implementing Windows-based Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.

I definitely studied my tail off but it paid off in the end.

I read MCAD/MCSD Self-Paced Training Kit: Developing WIndows-Based Applications with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET, and Microsoft Visual C# .NET/ Matthew A. Stoecker with Microsoft Corporation. --2nd ed.

I used the Measure Up Practice Exam.

Thank God that is over. It might be a while before I try another certification exam.
